What we do

Four trades, one contractor, one written quote

Most jobs need more than one trade. A new AC system needs a dedicated circuit and an opening in the ceiling; a renovation needs power and climate planned in from the start. We do all of it, so nobody waits on anybody else.

Split and multi-split systems sized to the room, not to the price list. Installed cleanly, serviced on schedule and repaired properly when something goes wrong.

How we work

No surprises on the invoice

A straightforward process, quoted in writing before anyone picks up a drill.

Site visit

We come and look. Room sizes, sun exposure, the existing wiring and board, where the outdoor units can actually go.

Written quote

Fixed price, itemised per trade: equipment, electrical, building work, labour. Options where options genuinely make sense.

One crew on site

Scheduled around your operation. The same team does the cutting, the wiring and the install, and tidies up after.

Handover & aftercare

Commissioned and tested with you present, paperwork handed over, and a maintenance schedule if you want one.
